Vinification:After 2 days of cold maceration to enrich the flavours, the fermentation was run for 6 days at 24°c with delestage to facilitate the extraction of colour and tannins.
Maturation:The wine, after malolactic fermentation, aged 18 months in barrels of French and American oak.

Aroma:Ripe black fruits, black plum, blackberries and a perfumed nose of violets, proper of Touriga Nacional.
Tasting Notes:
Black fruits combined with elegance of the wood, round tannins and full-bodied on the mouth, elegant and persistant with a pleasant finish.
Pairing:
Serve at 18°c with hunting dishes or red meats. For immediate consumption, but can be kept up to 10 years in good condition.
