Vinification: After 2 days of cold skin contact, the wine fermentation occurred in 8 days at 24°c with reassembly of the must.

Aroma: Very ripe black fruit well married with discreet aroma of wood giving it complexity.
Tasting Notes:
The first feeling is ripe black fruit and chocolate, progressing to the complexity given by wood aging.
The well presented tannins are soft giving a velvety body to the wine leading to an elegant finishing.
Pairing:
Serve at 18°c with hunting dishes or condimented red meats.
For immediate consumption, but can be kept over the next five years.
