Vinification: After pressing of whole grapes clean must was fermented in new barrels where it aged 3 months with batonage.

Aroma: Yellow fruits and lime married with a subtle touch of vanilla wood.
Tasting Notes:
Fresh on the attack, nose confirmed by flavours of yellow fruit and citrus fruit, followed by a buttery taste with volume.
Pairing:
Serve between 10°c and 12°c with oily fish, baked or grilled.
For immediate consumption, and can be stored at 17°c for 2 years.
