NAPA VALLEY RED WINE
Tasting Notes:
Aromas of licorice, blackberry, raspberry and plum, interwoven with dark chocolate and black olive and punctuated with balsamic notes. A rich, round entry introduces significant depth and length, with elegant notes of leather and savory herbs that balance the weight and power on the finish. Well-integrated oak provides supple, extremely fine-grained tannins. Decanting is recommended in its youth, but this wine will achieve greater complexity 8-10 years from release, and with proper cellaring will continue to deepen and evolve over the next 15-20+ years.
Grape varieties:
83% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Petit Verdot, 5% Cabernet Franc.
